- All bedrooms are air conditioned with fans. Air conditioning is usually not required but is available, you pay the electricity.
- Gas is included at no extra charge and the first 1000 pesos of electricity per month is also included.
- The Casa is to North American standards which many rentals in the area can not boast.
- There is a huge entry area with seating for your guests and plenty of room for entertaining.
- The kitchen is modern and large with everything you will need.
- Linens are also included for your convenience.
- The Large TV room has a 40 inch flat screen TV and Internet so you can keep in touch.
- There is also a large entertainment sized terrace by the pool with bar.
- A separate laundry room with washer & gas dryer for your convenience is also included.
- The lot is large and beautifully landscaped and has a covered garage should you plan to rent a car.
- Unlike many Mexican homes Casa Maraquita has all pressure water with hot and cold through out.
